Does This Make Me A Jewelry Hypocrite?

I was listening to a local radio interview with country singer Leann Womack this morning and she was talking about the direction that country music was going. she fancies herself as a traditional country artist (rightfully so) and she believes that traditional country artist are getting harder to find. I like the old "honky tonk" sound myself and I tend to agree with her.

This got me thinking later in the day. I really am a traditionist in many aspects of my life but the jewelry designs that I create are anything but traditional. Does this make me a jewelry hypocrite? Visit me at http://www.zonakid.com and see why.

Leopard Skin Jasper

This isn't one of cabochons that I purchased over the weekend at the Gem Show I attended (I haven't had a chance to even photograph them yet) but the ovals that I purchased are very similar. I am finding myself more attracted to some of these more exotic Jaspers, agates and quartz gemstones and apparently I am not alone. It seems as though one of the coming trends is more unique jewelry as opposed to the traditional styles.
